1. My Data Is Not Syncing

Possible Causes

  • Poor internet connection
  • Temporary network interruption
  • Sync service delay

Solution
  1. Confirm internet access.
  2. Refresh the application.
  3. Log out and log back in.
  4. Retry synchronization.

2. Task Shows "Pending Sync"

This means the task has been saved locally but has not yet reached the server.


Why This Happens
  • Weak signal
  • No internet connection
  • Temporary synchronization delay
The task will automatically upload once connectivity improves.


3. Sync Is Taking Too Long


Large attachments and multiple pending tasks may increase sync time.

Recommended Action
  • Keep the application open.
  • Maintain a stable internet connection.
  • Allow additional processing time.


4. Duplicate Records After Sync

Duplicate records may occur when:

  • Connectivity drops during submission
  • A task is submitted multiple times
If duplicates appear, contact support for review.
