1. I Cannot Log InIf you are unable to access your account:


Possible Causes

  • Incorrect email address
  • Incorrect password
  • Expired password
  • Browser issues
  • Temporary system interruption

Solutions
  1. Verify that your email address is entered correctly.
  2. Ensure your password is correct.
  3. Check that Caps Lock is not enabled.
  4. Refresh the page and try again.
  5. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  6. Try using a different browser.
  7. Attempt login from another device.
If the issue persists, contact SimplChek Support.


2. I Forgot My Password

To reset your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login screen.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your email for reset instructions.
  4. Create a new password.
  5. Log in using your new credentials.


3. Password Reset Email Not Received
If you did not receive a password reset email:

Check:
  • Spam or Junk folder
  • Promotions folder (Gmail users)
  • Correct email address entered

Try:
  • Waiting 5–10 minutes
  • Requesting another password reset
If the email still does not arrive, contact support.


4. Account Locked
Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts.

What To Do
  • Wait 15–30 minutes.
  • Try again later.
  • Reset your password if necessary.
If the account remains locked, contact support.


5. Invalid Credentials Error

This message usually means:

  • Incorrect email address
  • Incorrect password
  • Password recently changed

Solution
Use the Forgot Password option to reset your password.
