Synchronizing Audit Data from the Mobile App to the Cloud

This article lists the steps to synchronize your data from the mobile app to the cloud.

Sometimes, you may want to synchronize the audit data on the mobile device to the cloud when you have performed an audit or when an audit is still in progress. To do so:

1. Log in to your SimplChek mobile app.

2. Perform the audit on a mobile device.

3. After you have completed the audit or it is still in progress, you can preview the report as shown in the following screen.

4. Whether you have completed the audit or it is still in progress, you can synchronize the audit data on your mobile device to the cloud. To do so, tap the Preview Report button.

The audit data on the mobile device gets synchronized to the cloud, and the report is displayed on the screen as shown below.

You can then mark it complete and share it with others by tapping the Complete and Share button.
