Service Not Available
When you see the "Service Not Available" message during login or syncing an audit, please check the following:
Check your internet connection.
Check your email and password are correct.
If you still have issues, please contact us via Merlin, our chat support, or via email at [email protected].
If you see a persistent revolving icon and the next step of an inspection or workflow is not laoding, please check the following:
Check your internet connection.
Check your email and password are correct.
Log out and log back in - all saved work will be in the application if you have an internet connection during the task in progress.
If the App is not working or responding to any command, please do the following:
Check your internet connection.
Log out and log back in - all saved work will be in the application if you have an internet connection during the task in progress.
Unistall and reinstall the application - log back in if necessary, all saved work will be there.
