  • Internet connection is active.


2. Push Notifications Stopped Working

Try:

  1. Restarting the application.
  2. Logging out and back in.
  3. Updating the application.
  4. Restarting your device.


3. Delayed Notifications

Notification delays may result from:

  • Poor internet connectivity
  • Device battery optimization settings
  • Temporary service delays
Notifications should be delivered once connectivity improves.


4. Email Notifications Not Received

Check:

  • Spam folder
  • Junk folder
  • Safe sender settings
Verify your email address is correct in your account profile.
