Contacting Customer Support Using the Mobile App

This article lists the steps to contact the SimplChek customer support team using the mobile app.

You can contact the SimplChek customer support teams via the following options:

  • Home Screen

  • More Menu

Home Screen

Note: You can contact the SimpCheck customer support teams before and after you log in to the SimpCheck mobile app.

  • Open the SimplCheck mobile app. Then, tap on the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  • Or, log in to your mobile app. Then, tap on the Chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

The following screen appears:

On this screen, you can do the following:

  • Chat with the Customer Support Team

  • Read Help Articles

  • Send a Message to the Customer Support Team

  • Book a Product Demo

Chat with the Customer Support Team

1. Tap on the Messages option to view the chat history with the SimplChek support team.

2. Tap on the to start a new chat with the support team.

Note: You send a text message, a GIF, or an image by selecting the appropriate icon at the bottom of the screen.

Read Help Articles

Tap on the Help option to read the Help option to read the help articles.

Send a Message to the Customer Support Team

Tap on the Send us a message option and type your query for a live chat with our customer support team. One of our customer support representatives will assist you as soon as possible.

Book a Product Demo

To book a product demo, tap on the Request a 15-min discover call... option.

The Book a Demo form appears.

Fill in your details on the form and tap on the Book your Demo button at the bottom of the form. Select the date and time for the product demo on the subsequent screens. A booking confirmation message appears.

More Menu

1. Tap on the More menu button at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The following screen appears:

2. Tap on Get help. The Help Center screen appears:

3. Tap on the Help icon to contact the customer support team. The following screen appears:

  • Tap on the Send us a message option and type your query for a live chat with our customer support team. One of our customer support representatives will assist you as soon as possible.

  • To book a product demo, tap on the Request a 15-min discover call... option.
  • The Book a Demo form appears.
