Step-by-Step Guide: How to Assign Issue Ownership

Step 1 — Open the Issue

Navigate to: Issues → Open Issues

Step 2 — Open Issue Details
Review:

• Severity
• Site/location
• Evidence
• Operational impact

Step 3 — Click “Assign Owner”

Step 4 — Select Responsible User or Team
Choose:

• User
• Department
• Team
• Supervisor

Step 5 — Save Changes
The assigned owner receives an automatic notification.
