Step-by-Step Guide: How to Report an Issue
Step 1: Open the Issues Module
- From the Dashboard, tap Issues.
- The Issues Panel will open, displaying:
- All Issues
- Open Issues
- Resolved Issues

Step 2: Create a New Issue
- Tap the ➕ Plus icon located in the upper-right corner of the Issues panel.
- The Report Issue Form will open.

Step 3: Enter Issue Details
Complete the required fields, including:

- Issue Type (e.g., Hazard, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Compliance)
- Priority Level (Low, Medium, High, or Critical)
- Site or Location
- Due Date (if applicable)

If the form allows attachments:
- Tap Upload Image or Add Attachment.
- Select an existing photo or capture a new one.
- Confirm the upload.

Step 5: Submit the Issue
After reviewing the information:
- Tap Report Issue.
- The issue will be saved and added to the Open Issues list for tracking and follow-up.
