Step-by-Step Guide: How to Run a Task

Step 1 —
Log In to SimplChek
Open the
SimplChek web platform or mobile app.

Enter:
  • Email address
  • Password
Step 2 —
Open the Tasks Module
From the sidebar or mobile navigation menu,
Select: Tasks

You will

see categories such as:
·       Start Tasks
·       Schedule Tasks
·       To-Do-Tasks
·       Tasks in progress

Step 3 —
Select and Start Tasks
Open the task you want to execute.


Review:
·     Assign to a team member
·     Enter Due date

Step 4 —
Tap “Start Task”
This opens
the checklist or workflow interface.

Step 5 —
Complete Checklist Questions
Question formats may include:
·       Yes / No
·       Multiple Choice
·       Ratings
·       Text Responses
·       Photo Uploads
·       Signature Fields

Step 6 —
Upload Supporting Evidence
Attach:
·       Photos
·       Videos
·       Documents
·       Supporting notes

Step 7 —
Save Progress (Optional)
Tap:
  • Save Progress
This allows you to continue
later.

Step 8 —
Complete the Task
After reviewing all responses, tap:
  • Complete Task

Step 9 —
Submit the Report

The completed report is automatically submitted into the reporting

workflow.
