Subscribing Using a Discount Code

After the free 14-day trial account has ended, you can renew your subscription using a discount code (if available).

Note: A discount code can only be applied to a first-time trial account. The discount code may not be applied to existing accounts or membership renewals.

Important: Take a moment to view the different features offered in the Starter plan versus the Enterprise plan, as displayed below. The Trial account provides complete access to the Enterprise Plan.

 Once the trial account has ended, follow the steps below to subscribe using a discount code. 

   1. Log in to the Admin portal https://app.simplchek.com from your computer. A message appears indicating that your account has expired.

   2. Click the Payment Plan button to select a membership plan that fits your needs best.

   3. Then, select your country from the Select Country drop-down list. The following screen shows the costs and features of the Starter and Enterprise membership plans.

   4. Select Monthly or Yearly membership, then click Subscribe to continue selecting the membership plan of your choice. The following screen appears:

   5. Select the number of licenses from the Qty list.

   6. To apply a discount code, click on Apply coupon. The Enter coupon code field appears.

   7. Enter the coupon code.

   8. Click on the Proceed To Checkout list. The Add your account details screen appears.

   9. Enter the following details.

• (Optional) First Name

• (Optional) Last Name

• Email

• (Optional) Company

   10. Click Next. The Add your billing address screen appears.

   11. Enter the following details:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Address

• City

• Zip

• State

• Country

   12. Click Next. The Add your payment details screen appears.

   13. Enter the following payment details:

• Card Number
• Expiry
• CVV

   14. Click Next.
