How to set up an action plan default value

When you want to create an auto default value for an action plan task assignment, the default value field will be displayed on the mobile device when an action plan is assigned.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://app.simplchek.com on your computer. Under Setup, click on Form Builder.

Step 2: Double-click on the question to assign a default value. On the right of the screen, scroll to action plans and select the choice that will trigger the action plan. In the Default Value box, type the action you want taken. Click SAVE.

Now that the default value is set for the question(s), it will appear on the mobile device on the inspection form.
