How to set up a default value for number choice and text choice

This is helpful when you would like the answer(s) to the questions to be set to an auto-default number or text of your choice.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal: https://app.simplchek.com/ on a Desktop. Under Setup, select Form Builder.
Step 2: Select a Company and select a template. Double-click on the question of your choice to step up the default text choice.

Step 3: From Basic Fields, drag and drop the button option to the question. On the right of the screen is the Response field. If the field is empty, add a response, then select a Default Choice for the answer. Click SAVE.

Step 4: From Basic Fields, drag and drop the number choice to the question. On the right of the screen, under Responses, set the number value using the arrows to go up or down. Click SAVE.
