Issues in SimplChek are organized into:

  • Issues In Progress
  • Resolved Issues
    This structure helps teams monitor the complete issue
    lifecycle from identification to resolution.


    Managing Issues

    Overview
    Issues are operational problems, risks, failures, or
    non-compliance findings identified during:
    • Inspections
    • Audits
    • Daily operations
    • Facility walkthroughs
    • Field activities
    Examples include:

    Overview
    Issues In Progress are operational problems currently
    undergoing investigation, corrective action, or resolution activities.

    These issues may include:

    Resolved Issues


    Overview
    Resolved Issues are operational problems that have been
    corrected, verified, and closed.

    Resolved issues remain available for:
