How to add or change the scoring of a question in form builder

When is this helpful?
This is helpful when you want to apply a checklist's scoring feature to one or more questions.
Log in to the admin portal on your computer.
Navigate to Setup > Form Builder.
Select the Location and checklist to add scoring to a question(s).
Double-click on the question to add or modify scoring. On the right of the screen, you can modify the scoring using the up/down arrows; see below.
Click Save.
