When is this helpful?

This is helpful when you want to schedule reports to be emailed daily, weekly, and monthly. This ensures that the reports are sent out promptly and the overall operation is clear. The reports give you a birds-eye view of all the performed audits during the specified time frame.

Note: To enable the scheduled reports feature, email your request to [email protected]. This feature is only available to enterprise customers.

Daily Digest

The Daily Digest includes the following information:


  • The Average MTD score, the overall score, scoring per audit inspection/checklist.

  • Trending previous answers for important findings.

  • Essential findings by questions, including any photos.

What are Trends?

The trends are displayed in the Trending column as red or green arrows. If the performance from that month is below the year-to-date average, then it is highlighted with a red arrow. If the activity is above the year-to-date average, the trending goes up and is highlighted with a green arrow.
