Instead, account access is managed automatically through your subscription status.

When your subscription expires, your account becomes inactive until your subscription is renewed.

When Does an Account Become Deactivated?
Your account is automatically deactivated when:

  • Your subscription expires
  • Your subscription is not renewed

Once deactivated, you will no longer be able to access SimplChek until your subscription is reactivated.

Can I Manually Deactivate My Account?
No.

Users cannot manually deactivate their SimplChek accounts.

If you no longer wish to use SimplChek permanently, you may choose to delete your account instead.

How to Regain Access
To reactivate your account:

  1. Renew your SimplChek subscription.
  2. Once payment is confirmed, your account will be automatically reactivated.
  3. You can then sign in and continue using the platform.

Important Notes
  • Account deactivation is automatic and subscription-based.
  • Your account is not permanently deleted when your subscription expires.
  • Your data remains available while the account is inactive, subject to your organization's data retention policies.
