Step-by-Step Guide: How to Reactivate Users

Step 1 — Open Inactive Users
Navigate to:

Manage User → Inactive Users

Step 2 — Locate the User
Use filters or search.

Step 3 — Click “Reactivate”

The account becomes active immediately.

Important Notes

The user regains:
  • Previous role permissions
  • Assigned teams and sites
  • Dashboard visibility
  • Workflow access
