Task Completion & Submission in SimplChek is the final stage of the task execution workflow. After completing an inspection, checklist, audit, or operational activity, users submit the task for review, reporting, and operational tracking.

Submitted tasks automatically move from:

Tasks In Progress → Submitted Tasks
Depending on workflow configuration, submitted tasks may then be:
  • Reviewed by supervisors
  • Approved and moved to Completed Tasks
  • Rejected and returned for correction
