Managing Audits on the Mobile App

This article lists the steps to manage the audits that have been deleted, completed, or submitted for approval.

To do so:

1. Log in to your mobile app. The following screen appears:

2. Tap on the More menu button at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The following screen appears:

3. Tap on Manage Audits. The Manage Audits screen appears, which lists the audits that are Deleted, Submitted for approval, or Completed.

  • Tap on the Audits button to view all the audits.
  • Tap on the Deleted button to view all the deleted audits.

  • Select All, Submitted for approval, or Deleted from the drop-down list to filter and view the audits accordingly.

  • Tap on the Refresh icon to refresh the list of audits on this screen.

  • Tap on the Filter icon to filter the list of audits based on your desired date range. Then, tap on the Apply button.

4. Tap on the icon. The Re-publish, Download report, or Delete options appear.

  • Select Download Report. The report is downloaded on your device and also displayed on the screen.

  • Select Delete. An alert message appears for a confirmation to delete the audit. Tap on the Yes button to delete the audit. Else, tap on the Cancel button.

A success message appears at the bottom of the screen when the audit gets deleted successfully.
