Step-by-Step Guide: How to Schedule Tasks
Step 1 —
Open the Scheduling Module
Log in to SimplChek.
From the sidebar navigation, select:Tasks → Schedules
Step 2 — Click "Create Schedule"
Click: Create Schedule
The scheduling configuration window opens.Step 3 — Configure Schedule Details
Enter:
- Assign to a team member
- Start Date
- End Date
- Assignment Time
Step 5 — Configure Frequency Choose:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Custom Recurrence
Step 6 — Click Schedule Task
Review all settings carefully.
Click:Schedule Task
SimplChek automatically generates tasks according to the configured schedule.
