Choose, Customize, or Create Audit Templates

This article lists the steps to select, setup, customize, and create an audit template.

When is this helpful?

When you need to select a form for building your audit template, you can use an existing template, create your template, or let us upload the template for you.

   1. Log in to the admin portal on your computer.


   2. Navigate to Setup > Forms/Checklists. The following screen appears:

   3. Click Create New. The following screen appears:

You can choose the following options to set up an audit:


  • Start From Template (use an existing template)

  • Start From Scratch (create your template)

  • Build it for me (let us upload the template for you)

Start From Template

   1. Click the Start from Template button from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. From this page, you can search through hundreds of templates from our library prepared by our experts.


   3. After you have chosen a template, select Use This Template on the right-hand side of the screen. You will be redirected to a new page where you can Edit any question from the checklist.

After you click Use This Template, the template will automatically get saved to your account.

Start from Scratch

   1. Select the Start From Scratch option from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. The following screen appears:

2. Select the company from the Select a Company drop-down list.


   3. Enter the name of the template in the Template Name field.


   4. Click the Take me to the Template Builder button.

You will be directed to the template builder page, where you can add/remove/edit your questions and responses.

Once you consider your checklist to be ready for use, you can preview and begin to utilize it by selecting Start Audit

Build it for me

If you would like one of our expert team members to build your checklist:

   1. Select the Build it for me option. You will be directed to the following screen from where you can send us the checklist, and we will upload it to your account:

   2. Click the UPLOAD CHECKLIST button to upload your checklists in Word, Excel, or PDF format.


Note: You can upload as many checklists as you wish in Word, Excel, and PDF format. 

   3. Click Submit Now to send it to us, and we will build it for you within your account.

Note: You can email us the checklists at [email protected], and we will configure them for you.
