The action plan activity report is helpful when you want an overall view of all the action plans raised on the account level.
Each action plan on the report has a button next to it. Once you click on that button, a new screen appears where you can review/close that action plan.

Action Plan Activity Report
The report provides a weekly action plan summary for the week the report is generated. On the report's first page, you can view the number of action plan tasks that are New, Closed, Overdue, and Open. You can also view a list of the action plan assignees and the number of functions by the same status.
For example, [email protected] has 0 New Tasks, 0 closed tasks, 3 Overdue tasks, and three open tasks as of September 5, 2021 - September 11, 2021, and Q3 2021.
The left side of the report displays the name of the checklist, the question that generated the action plan, any photos attached, and the comments listed to correct the task. On the right, you will find the priority status, due date, assignee, and action plan status.
