Report Setup and Styles

This article lists the steps to configure the layout of the report style of your choice.

When is this helpful?

This is helpful if you want to view the different Report Styles available and change your existing Report Setup and Style.

Editing a Report Style

  1. Log in to the admin portal on your computer.

  2. Navigate to Setup > Report Styles. The default report styles available for editing appear:

   3. To edit a report, select the pencil icon on the bottom right-hand side of the template, as shown in the image below. You will be taken to a new page where you can change the report format.

Note: Each checklist configured on SimplChek can have a different report format.

   4. Select one of the pre-configured templates.


   5. Add logos, Enter Description & Usage, and Enter Confidentiality.

Adding Logos to Report

To add logos to a report, click Upload to add logos on the top left and/or top right of the report.

Entering Description & Usage

The description & usage message will appear on the report's first page.

Entering Confidentiality

This is used to confirm the report information is accurate. The message will appear under the signature on the last page of the report.

From a mobile device, click on Import Settings to re-import the latest changes made in the Admin Portal.
